How it works!

The Mailbag Media application will be made up of 51 separate websites. The top domain mailbagmedia.com will be the corporate face of the service, and there will be 50 individual sub-domains, running on 50 separate dedicated servers, each having a separate database, as well as the webpage's needed to run the service on a state by state basis. (Example: Mailbag Media Florida will be hosted at http://florida.mailbagmedia.com).

The corporate administrator is responsible for the following..

  • Finding affiliates and managing all aspects of the affiliate program.
  • Managing the national advertising program, which includes...
    - Sourcing quality advertising opportunities.
    - Developing joint venture relationships.
    - Designing creative to promote the service.
  • Administering and paying for the Win a DVD and HTML link contests.
  • Finding link exchange partners, and managing the link exchange program.
  • Working with support administrators on any technical issues that might arise.
  • Answering question submitted by non-members.
  • Working with the media to provide them with key contacts and identification materials.
  • Maintaining the private owners forum.
  • Organizing regular online chat sessions with partners.
  • Provide support to all partners.

Each partner will be responsible to run the day to day operations for their state, which includes...

  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Settling disputes (Fully automated system).
  • Mailing out envelope requests.
  • Maintaining your customer database (Review/Delete records).
  • Promoting the service on a local level.
  • Send out newsletters on a monthly basis (Fully automated function).

 

Administrative panels

Each partner will have access to a very advanced administrative control panel, which was designed to simply the task of running the site. Some of the main features of the control panel include...

  • A message center for replying to customer support requests, and customer feedback.
  • An automated dispute resolution process.
  • Functions to promote Mailbag Media.
  • Various methods to contact members including emails, message center notes, and scheduled newsletters.
  • Run a variety of media and sales reports.
  • Update the help center.
  • Submit support requests and contact the corporate administrator.
  • Access the private partners forum and chat room.

In total there are over 60 functions, which have been implemented into the control panel to simplify the process of running the service.

Note: Access to the control panel will only be provided to interested parties after they have submitted an application.
